An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Street Lighting Supervisor to come and join our client in West Yorkshire on an initial 6 month contract. The Street Lighting Supervisor will be supporting the Team Leader monitoring and enforcing the Street Lighting PFI contract.
The Street Lighting Supervisor will have experience in:
·Project management or public lighting.
·Dealing with members community representatives and the public
·Street Lighting specification standards and maintenance requirements
·Managing a unmetered energy account through to checking and confirming the accuracy of the energy account
·Street lighting contracts and the interpretation of contract documents.
·Managing a street lighting column replacement programme
·Monitoring and managing the performance of a Street Lighting installation against an output specification.
The Street Lighting supervisor will have knowledge of:
·Management and recording of performance against contract specifications and preparing reports.
·Knowledge of project management, performance management, and quality systems/procedures.
·Knowledge of Lighting Design Principles electrical installation practice and relevant British Standards.
·Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
