The Creative team devise and produce multi-channel advertising campaigns and creative content solutions for our commercial clients in Scotland.
Our work lives on platforms like Radio, TV, Social, Web, Print and Outdoor – and we operate as an integrated in-house content agency called Bauer Create, collaborating with our Digital and Branded Content teams in Scotland and across the UK.
We deal with a large roster of clients from across Scotland, and work alongside the regional sales team from brief-take, to pitch and execution.
As Motion Designer, your primary role will be to deliver outstanding, imaginative and effective animated content for our clients and their brands.

What you will do
Our advertising clients are absolutely central to everything we do. As Motion Designer, you’ll work closely with our Creatives, Producers and Designers to create content and advertising that helps achieve their marketing objectives.
You’ll be responsible for:
Our ideal candidate is a passionate, skilled Motion Design/Animation professional, with great knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop. Whether it’s a short moving graphic for social, a TV ad, or a 5 minute animated brand film – you’ll be passionate about making it the best it can be, and eager to contribute across the entire creative process.
The ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a time-pressured environment is at the heart of everything you’ll do in this role, so you’ll also bring:
