We are looking for a HR Manager that is as passionate and motivated to implement and drive the success of the HR Function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that promotes wellbeing, environmental care, ethically sourced materials, staff wellbeing and promotes family time as well as significant growth plans 100% over next 12-18 months in terms or revenue and head count.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of a food manufacturing environment, including all process steps within the factory, or come from a FMCG fast paced manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining HR processes, particularly Performance management, appraisals, and career development plans.
You will need to have a proven track record in providing HR support & process, by implementing and effectively maintaining all aspects of HR employment policies and legislation. Working closely with sales and management team to design, build, and embed relevant performance management processes, offering expert advice and guidance to embed the culture and values that are key to the business and supporting both management and employees to ensure the best performance and wellbeing in a motivating environment.
