HR Services Assistant
Working as part of a HR Services team, the role holder deals with telephone, face to face and email enquiries providing administration and transactional support, initial HR advice and guidance on a wide range of HR Services related queries. The role holder takes ownership of helpdesk calls/contact and sees each interaction through to final resolution ensuring smooth delivery service.
