T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team, covering our South East region.

What will you be doing?
Joining our office-based team in Forest Hill, the successful Field Operations Manager will be expected to manage a team of heating system repair operatives who provide repair services in domestic heating systems and appliances in customer’s properties.
You will be able to monitor and manage the operative’s performance and identify any training needs within the team. You will be customer focused, with good leadership and communication skills, and carry out your teamwork in a professional manner and to a high standard in accordance with manufacturer and industry best practice, legislation, and Group guidelines.
You will work closely with the repairs administration team to ensure that works are managed, and customers are kept informed of any changes to planned attendance or completion of the work.
