EDF in the UK, one of the country’s largest energy companies and the largest producer of low-carbon electricity, is looking for an External Communications Manager to support on media relations with experience working on high profile media activities.
As an External Communications Manager, you will be responsible for delivering public relations support for the retail business at EDF. This is a varied role working in a busy press office that will see you supporting across proactive and reactive media activity, with potential additional support in government and stakeholder relations when required. You will work closely with the wider communications team, including digital, brand and marketing business unit leads and our external agencies to provide integrated communications support.
You will be based at one of our customer sites in Hove or Croydon and there may be additional occasional travel to EDF offices and sites as required by the business.
