Job; Digital Presales Consultant – Remote/London
This company is a London based digital /web development company. They provide web solutions ranging from small websites for new business start-ups to highly complex back end booking and ordering systems for multinationals. Their approach to development means that their customers see a much faster release of digital products and services and improved customer experience. They build cross device, cross browser, responsive and adaptive web sites, and applications. They empower their customers to take control of their sites using market leading Content Management Systems and integrate Back Office IT systems with complex Front-End web applications through secure web services and APIs.
Due to continued expansion they are seeking a web-savvy Presales Consultant to join their team. They are looking to hire someone who can champion creative web technologies; someone who would consider themselves as
They want someone who can be first and foremost, a champion of the user. This should be about a ridiculous focus on what the customer wants/needs to do next and not be swayed by the client organisation. So, whilst you listen to clients, you’ll be comfortable with promoting fresh thinking. You should be able listen to client needs and develop a bespoke solution that fits.
Equally important is that you can take what the client wants and talk to their web design and development team, so you know what is possible – technically and commercially. You will need to demonstrate success in delivering change – improving user journeys, growing clients, developing novel solutions, and working with a team of developers.
