Hourly rate: £8.85/hour
Candidates must have 1 year financial experience.
We are currently recruiting for our Global Outsourcing Client, this is a permanent role due to start 19th October working on behalf of a well-known financial services body. This is a work from home position so reliable internet connection is required as a minimum.
As a Tier 2 agent you will receive calls from customers needing guidance. Calls are filtered/screened through Tier 1 agents and escalated to Tier 2 agents to provide guidance and refer customers to an external organisation where appropriate. You will receive calls on a variety of financial products so previous experience within financial services/banking is ideal.

Hours of work –
This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week between the below shift times –
Monday to Friday – between 9am-6pm
Saturday – 9am-3pm
Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will need to pass a credit and criminal background check.
