The Commercial Account Handler will assist the PI team in managing both the PI and wider commercial policy portfolios of our PI clients. Our client base includes a large book of construction industry related professionals together with some wider, more miscellaneous professional trades. The role requires the Handler to be the first point of contact for general enquiries, providing advice, quotations and general administration on PI policies and general SME commercial policies.
This is a developmental role to handle existing PI policies and cross sell general commercial insurance products to both existing & new clients in order to build up a book of SME policies. Servicing of this book will include quoting, administration and renewal processes. Full support and training will be given to develop the successful candidate’s knowledge of our client base, E-trade system, markets and renewal procedures.
