Main duties and responsibilities
•Provide a front desk reception/facilities support service
•Manage the security system – control door system and security ID’s
•Provide various administrative support duties to the Business support team
•Manage the incoming and outgoing mail in accordance to company procedure
•Responsible for organising company travel arrangements
•Order stationary, hospitality, housekeeping and appropriate literature as required
•Support your colleagues in all aspects of Compliance (ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO14001) and facilities management
•Facilitate the onboarding of new staff by assisting with inductions
•Ensure visitors to the company act in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998 requirements in relation to the company’s recording device policy and that NDA disclosures are signed on each and every visit and that completed documents are correctly recorded and filed.
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate experience or skills in:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
· Competent IT Skills
· Commitment to own development
· Enjoy working with people
· Confidence in providing support to all within the company including directors
· Ability to be accurate
· Willingness to take on new/ additional responsibilities when required
· Integrity and confidentiality
· Excellent communication and relationship building
· First Aid/ Fire Warden training is highly desirable
· Ability to use initiative to drive own workload
· DBS checks will be required for this role
Security: Connect Assist works with several organisations who, due to the nature of their work, require varying levels of DBS, Security Vetting or Home Office clearance before an individual can operate with them. For these positions, successful candidates must meet the relevant security requirements before they can be appointed, and checks must be complete at offer stage.
