A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Territory Manager to join a leading Medical Tech/Device company working within Cardiology covering the Midlands.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with Healthcare Sales experience to manage a strong portfolio of products for a range of accounts across this territory. A truly innovative and dynamic organisation with a focus on patient care and making a difference to patients in this therapy area!
The appointed person will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-disciplined, hardworking, and tenacious. You will be based on territory.
To contribute as a member of the sales team, to the formulation of the overall Strategic Plan for the business.
Building strong relationships across various customer groups and identification of key customers and formulary influencers and decision makers
To manage relationships with all key customers in line with the business sales strategy and Annual Business Plans. To promote the use of the companies products in hospitals and various settings to increase sales and market share.
Using market place & competitor knowledge develop, agree and achieve the annual and cycle territory sales targets.
To manage, negotiate and develop business opportunities in all accounts
To produce annual promotional plans for accounts in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Product Manager and within agreed budget guidelines.
To regularly liaise with the National Sales Manager, Product Manager and Marketing Manager.
Prepare information for Annual Business Plan planning in accordance with the objectives agreed with the Sales Manager
Understanding therapy and product knowledge as well as the local ‘health economy’
Keeping up to date with market and competitor information
Experienced in field sales with an understanding of the NHS
Effective communicator at all levels
Highly motivated and a passion to succeed in this market
Happy with account management and new business development
