Children, Young People and Families (CYPF) Services cover children’s services Berkshire wide and aim to promote good mental health and wellbeing for all children and young people and their families.
We are looking for an organisational, motivated and enthusiastic Administration Manager to support and be responsible for the management of the administration function across CAMHS Specialist Community Teams and CAMHS Pathway Teams across East Berkshire. Working as part of the wider speciality leadership team, the key requirements of the job will be to monitor and support the delivery of key performance targets. To provide support to the location Service Manager, and clinical leads and providing a patient focused service line management to the administration teams across all sites.
You will be expected to lead in formulation and implementation of service policies, service operating procedures and strategies through efficient use of resources. As part of this role will evaluate and develop processes and systems to ensure a caring, quality service is provided both to patients, service users and staff.
Role focus – Band 5 Administration Manager – 37.5 hour per week (1.0wte)
Interviews will be held on 30th November via Video Conference call.
